Cum va suna India, Turcia, Polonia, Ucraina, Rusia, Indonezia, Malaezia, Brazilia? Si nu ma refer aici la o vacanta de 2 saptamani care sa te coste mii de euro, ci la o sedere de cel putin 2 luni intr-o tara deosebita pentru care nu trebuie sa platesti nimic.
Hai ma, care e smecheria?
E un internship de voluntariat oferit de Aiesec in una din tarile de mai sus si multe altele (cu totul 103 la numar). Trebuie sa fii student interesat de dezvoltare personala, si sa iti doresti mult sa cunoasti si altceva, alta tara alt mediu. De restul se ocupa Aiesec.

Are you bored and looking forward to have a great summer but you have no solutions yet? Exchange is the most intense learning experience that we offer. Each year, we provide for over 5,500 members the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in different areas.
This summer we offer you the Development Internship. Using a formal definition, it provides the opportunity to work in areas related to community development issues, such as children’s rights, environmental issues, education, rural development and entrepreneurship.
Using a true and a friendly definition it actually means: fun, freedom, changing your life, commitment, great places, living a dream, new culture, new friends, adventure and testing your limits.
Steps to be followed during the process:
* Selection and Application – First you must apply online, then the group interviews will be taking place and if we think you are ready for the exchange experience, then you will take part to the individual interview. After that there will be a probation period and after that, at the final interview, you will find out if AIESEC is what you really need. You will get our final answer and if there is a YES then you can officially be called an AIESEC-er.
* Preparation – after you have become a member, AIESEC provides resources, trainings and the needed support to prepare you to live and work in another country. This includes visa processing.
* Matching – You will be trained and given access to use our on-line database of jobs. The more flexible you are the better.
* Integration – AIESEC members in your host chapter provide support and assistance in your preparation while providing opportunities for cultural and social activities.
* Re-Integration – AIESEC offers you support during the readjustment process when you return home.
